Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ra444 website at ra444.pro and all services, games, betting markets, and features offered through it (the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ra444. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service available on ra444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

• You are at least 21 years of age. ra444 strictly prohibits use by individuals under this age and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You hold only one account on the ra444 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling activities. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• All funds deposited into your ra444 account are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. ra444 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.

ra444 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and age verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or suspension of account access pending verification.

2.Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ra444 services you must create a personal account by providing accurate registration information including your mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful, current, and complete.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. ra444 will never ask you to share your password with any staff member, agent, or third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether carried out by you personally or not. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ra444 support immediately at [email protected].
• Each user may hold only one registered account. If ra444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed and any funds or bonus balances may be confiscated at ra444's sole discretion.
• ra444 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

ra444 uses SSL encryption to protect all login and account management traffic. Users are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password for their ra444 account and to update it regularly. Reusing passwords across multiple sites increases the risk of unauthorised access.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ra444 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. ra444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges outside ra444's control.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. ra444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ra444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or joint accounts not held in the user's name.
• Deposits made to ra444 are for gaming activity on the Platform only. ra444 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest, investment returns, or any financial product on deposited funds.
• In the event of a transaction error or technical fault resulting in an incorrect account credit, ra444 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and correct the account balance. Users must not attempt to exploit known or suspected system errors.

4.Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for a specific promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, or per shared IP address.
• ra444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where ra444 reasonably suspects bonus system abuse, coordinated bonus extraction strategies, or bad-faith conduct.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds remaining in your account after the promotion's expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• By claiming any bonus offered by ra444, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion. ra444's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

5.Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

ra444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for ordinary human play.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Providing false identification, submitting fraudulent documentation during KYC verification, or impersonating another individual in any interaction with ra444.

6.Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from the ra444 Platform in any form or by any means without prior written permission from ra444. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra444 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted management time arising from or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, cyberattacks, or any cause beyond ra444's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or editorial content provided on the Platform relating to sporting events.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures outside ra444's direct operational control, including delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or card network systems.

8.Account Suspension and Termination

ra444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse provisions.
• ra444 is required to close your account under applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority, including anti-money laundering obligations.
• ra444 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of your account presents a material risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform or other users.

9.Amendments to These Terms

ra444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ra444 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, ra444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the ra444 Platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, withdraw any eligible funds from your account before closing it.

10.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ra444's operational jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ra444's internal dispute resolution process.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event giving rise to the complaint.
